Single & Multi-Family Inspections
At All American Inspections, we offer comprehensive home inspection services for both single and multi-family properties. Our inspections are a visual examination of the structural elements and systems of the home, including the foundation, crawlspaces, roofing, exterior walls, siding, porches, decks, attic and visible framing, ventilation, insulation, electrical systems, plumbing systems, interior doors, walls, windows, heating and air conditioning systems, fireplaces, and installed appliances. We also conduct a level survey and check for the presence of mold (visual only). Our team of certified professionals will provide you with a detailed report of our findings, so you can make an informed decision about the condition of the property. Contact us today to schedule your home inspection.
Stucco & EIFS
At All American Inspections, we offer specialized stucco and EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) inspection services. EIFS consists of several components including insulation board, adhesive or mechanical attachment, reinforcing mesh, a base coat, and a finish coat. The original EIFS stucco cladding used in residential construction was designed to be a complete water barrier system, but there was no provision made to drain water that may penetrate it. This can lead to moisture getting trapped within the wall, resulting in the decomposition and decay of bordering materials and potentially causing structural harm. Our team of certified professionals is trained to identify issues with EIFS systems and provide you with a detailed report of our findings. Contact us today to schedule your stucco or EIFS inspection.
