7. UV Mold Detection: Using an LED UV Flashlight, we search for visible evidence of mold on various surfaces.
8. Sampling Visible Mold: If mold is found, we’ll collect swab, tape, or bulk samples for accurate analysis.
9. Air Sampling: Depending on various factors like the number of HVAC systems, rooms, etc., we collect air samples from different locations.
10. Detailed Reporting: You receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos, videos, and a specific plan for mold remediation.
